Unvented Hot Water Systems
It is a legal requirement that the maintenance for unvented hot water systems is undertaken by trained and qualified individuals such as our engineers. This servicing should be carried out on an annual basis to prevent and issues developing in the system.
Unvented systems employ a series of control devices that can be prone to failure and hence need tighter control on who may install or maintain the system. If left unchecked, there is the possibility for electrical fires and explosion due to the energy stored.
Priority Property Consultants can offer the maintenance of these systems using our qualified team to ensure safe operation and advice on energy saving tips.
Comfort Cooling / Fan Coil Unit Servicing
On the surface, it may appear that fan coils are fairly basic units however, they have three major components to check at regular service intervals: the motor, the filter, and the coil itself. Every fan coil unit has its own unique operating environment, which may dictate a unique maintenance schedule. If the units are not serviced on a regular basis, the filters will become blocked which will prevent any air flowing through them and the drains may clog up causing a leak.
Maintenance of fan coil units is just one of the comprehensive services Priority offers.
We ensure that you will receive a quality service in terms of maintenance.
We recommend: A formal schedule of regular maintenance, and an individual unit log should be established and maintained in order to obtain the maximum performance and service life from each unit. Generally servicing should be carried out every 6 months to ensure the unit is working efficiently and to its best potential.
